Data Deletion Guide
How to request deletion of your account and user data in the Prompts3 app and on the web.
App and Developer
- The app name is Prompts3, and the web service domain is prompts3.com.
- Prompts3 is operated by SI (에스아이, siaisoft).
Deleting Your Account Directly in the App or on the Web
- In the app: My Page > Account Management > Delete Account. On the web (desktop): profile icon > Account Settings > Delete Account.
- Account deletion is processed immediately after two confirmation steps. Once completed, your login account, sessions, favorites, collections, notification states, nickname, profile photo, and app push tokens are deleted.
- After account deletion, information tied to that account cannot be recovered.
Deleting Some Data Without Deleting Your Account
- Favorites (hearts) can be removed directly on screen, and collections can be deleted from the collections screen (they are synced per account, so they are removed from all your devices together).
- Your profile photo can be deleted from the account management screen; the original file in storage is deleted along with it.
- Rejected or failed image generation requests can be removed directly from the detail view by tapping the item in My Images.
- Notifications can be deleted individually or all at once in the notification center, and the deletion state is synced across all devices you are signed in on.
- App push notifications can be turned off with the bell toggle in the notification center; turning it off deletes that device's push token from the server.
- For deletion of other specific inquiries, feedback, or submitted materials, you can make a request via the in-app Help Center or the Leave Feedback feature.
Requesting Deletion by Email
- If you are unable to use the app, email [email protected] with the app name (Prompts3), your login email, and the type of data you want deleted.
- If identity verification is needed, we may request the minimum information necessary to confirm account ownership.
Data That Is Deleted or Retained
- Upon account deletion: your login account, sessions, favorites, collections, notification states, nickname, profile photo (including the original file), and app push tokens are deleted.
- Prompts, images, and attribution notices already published in the public catalog may be edited, unpublished, or deleted after a separate review, in consideration of other users' use and the rights-review history. If you want a published item deleted, please include the item details in your request.
- Records related to advertising, payments, performance, inquiries, feedback, rights infringement reports, and abuse response may be stored separately to the extent necessary for statutory obligations (e.g., 5-year retention of contract and payment records under the Korean E-Commerce Act), settlement, security, and dispute handling.
- Operational data such as rate-limit keys, review queues, image generation queues, and security logs expire, are deleted, or are de-identified according to feature-specific retention periods or infrastructure policies.
Processing Time
- Account deletion performed directly in the app or on the web is processed immediately upon request.
- Deletion requests received via the Help Center or email are processed within the period prescribed by law (in principle, 10 days) after identity verification and review of retention obligations, and you will be notified of the result.
- Information subject to statutory retention is stored separately for the required period and then deleted or de-identified.
