Copyright Notice
Please check the rights involved when using prompts and sample materials on prompts3. This page also explains the reporting and takedown procedures we provide to protect rights holders.
Nature of the Content
- prompts3 is a reference catalog that organizes image-generation prompts so they can be searched and copied.
- Prompts displayed on the Service may include materials we created ourselves, materials generated or organized with AI tools, materials that users have asked us to share, and materials reconstructed with reference to public social media posts.
- Most sample images are created with AI image-generation models. References to specific brands, platforms, people, characters, work titles, artist names, or style names may be descriptions or examples intended to aid understanding of a prompt, and do not imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by the respective rights holders.
- The standard catalog features do not generate, publish, or sell images on behalf of users, nor do they submit prompts to external image-generation platforms.
Reference to Public Social Media Posts and Attribution
- Some entries in the Service draw on ideas from public social media posts, such as those on Threads; rather than copying the original text verbatim, we reconstruct and review them under our own prompt schema before publishing.
- For referenced entries, we display the platform, the author ID, or a link to the original post as a source badge where feasible. Attribution does not imply any affiliation with, permission from, or endorsement by the original author.
- Original authors may at any time request additional attribution, correction, unpublishing, or deletion of entries that reference their posts, and we will act promptly once the request is verified (see the reporting procedure below).
Use of Prompts
- Prompts displayed on the Service are provided as creative aids and for learning and reference purposes.
- For materials with a separately indicated source or license, you must check those terms first; for materials without such indications, we likewise do not warrant that they are free of third-party rights infringement.
- Users are responsible for verifying whether outputs created with prompts infringe rights in any trademarks, persons, likenesses, characters, or copyrighted works they contain. In particular, when using the face or likeness of a real person, you must comply with portrait rights, publicity rights, and deepfake-related laws (such as the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and the Public Official Election Act of the Republic of Korea).
- Any prompts, images, logos, or product photos that users submit as sharing requests or as advertising materials must be materials for which they hold the rights or have obtained permission to use.
Rights in AI-Generated Works
- Ownership of rights in, and commercial-use conditions for, images generated by entering prompts into external services (such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini) are governed by the terms of those services.
- Whether AI-generated works are eligible for copyright protection may vary by country and by case; in the Republic of Korea, the determination may depend on the degree of human creative involvement. We recommend a legal review before commercial use.
- Redistribution, secondary use, or commercial use of sample images and thumbnails requires separately checking the terms of the original source, the generation platform, and any relevant rights holders.
Advertising Materials and Public Prompts
- Advertisers must secure all rights necessary for their advertising images, logos, product photos, copy, and links.
- Prompts or metadata created by AI analysis of advertising materials may be displayed in the catalog, on ad cards, or in admin screens. Advertisers who prefer not to have their prompts made public may separately ask, during the application or inquiry process, whether private handling is available.
Infringement Reports (Notice & Takedown)
- If you find material that you suspect infringes your rights, please report it to [email protected].
- Please include the following in your report: ① the URL or prompt ID/title concerned ② the specific text, image, or element at issue ③ documentation showing that you are the rights holder or an authorized representative ④ contact information for our reply ⑤ a statement confirming that the contents of the report are truthful.
- We review submitted reports without undue delay and may temporarily unpublish the material in question to prevent disputes. Depending on the outcome of the review, we will add attribution, make corrections, keep the material unpublished, delete it, or restore it, and we will reply with the result.
- If the poster substantiates a legitimate right, the material may be reinstated in accordance with the procedure under Article 103 of the Copyright Act of the Republic of Korea. The person filing the report bears any liability arising from a false report.
